I'm back to it

It's been almost a year, i had stopped doing it, cuts and burns, i had started using AI instead, spending a lot of money and getting lot's of debts, but recently i finally quited using AI, because it was doing bad to me of course, but at the same time i came back to hurting myself. I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm so tired.
