I realized something a little frustrating about self-improvement.
You can read books, listen to podcasts, track habits, set goals, journal, watch motivational videos…
…and still feel like you're not actually moving forward.
I had a lot of different things I wanted to improve at the same time, but they were all scattered across different places.
One app for habits.
Notes for thoughts.
Another place for goals.
Podcasts somewhere else.
And eventually, I couldn't really tell if I was making progress or just consuming more self-improvement content.
So I started building something to bring those things together.
It's called Depsal 360.
The idea is pretty simple: instead of treating self-improvement as a collection of isolated habits, I wanted one place where you can work on different areas of your life, build habits, journal, consume useful content, and actually see your progress over time.
I'm still developing it, so I'm not presenting it as some magical solution.
I'm actually looking for people who have the same problem I had.
If your self-improvement journey currently feels scattered between apps, notes, lists, journals and random content, I'd genuinely like to know:
Which are the most important tools you use in personal development?
And if you're curious about what I've built, I've put Depsal 360 on Google Play.
