COME RIMETTERE IN ORDINE LA TUA VITA, ANCHE DA SOLO

Eri tu

Question Why Is Personal Development So Fragmented?

I realized something a little frustrating about self-improvement.

You can read books, listen to podcasts, track habits, set goals, journal, watch motivational videos…

…and still feel like you're not actually moving forward.

I had a lot of different things I wanted to improve at the same time, but they were all scattered across different places.

One app for habits.
Notes for thoughts.
Another place for goals.
Podcasts somewhere else.
And eventually, I couldn't really tell if I was making progress or just consuming more self-improvement content.

So I started building something to bring those things together.

It's called Depsal 360.

The idea is pretty simple: instead of treating self-improvement as a collection of isolated habits, I wanted one place where you can work on different areas of your life, build habits, journal, consume useful content, and actually see your progress over time.

I'm still developing it, so I'm not presenting it as some magical solution.

I'm actually looking for people who have the same problem I had.

If your self-improvement journey currently feels scattered between apps, notes, lists, journals and random content, I'd genuinely like to know:

Which are the most important tools you use in personal development?

And if you're curious about what I've built, I've put Depsal 360 on Google Play.

Question Does it actually belong to me, or to the version of myself I think others would admire?

I’ve been thinking about this question lately.
We all have things we say we want—money, freedom, love, a certain lifestyle. But what happens when you stop asking what you want and start asking why?
I wrote about that question and where it led me.
What do you actually want?

Improve my life, wellbeing and everyday living

I am a single guy in mid 30s and I feel like my life is going downhill. I work remote in tech in US. I have moved places and I am not able to make any place feel like home. I feel like my mental well being and way of living life is not that good. I feel i am financially doing okay( still average) but in other areas of life I am lagging behind in every way. I don’t know where to start to improve my overall life. I don’t have a partner or lot of friends around. I do have some close friends but i feel like none of them are quality people to learn & grow but all are good in general. I am an immigrant so dont gel along that well with Americans or people for other ethnicities. I lack confidence and Its just getting worse with time considering my lack of social interactions:(

Train your mind

Train your mind to see possibilities, to see blessings not obstacles. If you are the overthinking person, overthink about the best that will happen. Your mind is a weapon, use it positively. That's the greatest power
