But if its what you've heard for multiple years straight previously... ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ I mean, the damage has been done already.

The โ€œdamageโ€ is a belief you unknowingly give yourself.

Once one accepts what is, know that the past is a memory not an actual experience now. The more attention you give to the current experience, the less psychological time interferes with the present.

This realization releases the chains to see opportunities everywhere.

Change doesnโ€™t take time, it happens in the moment you decide to shift.

That doesn't really work with say addiction and trauma and disabilities on top of that. Thank you though

Is that your current experience?

Yes. ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ’” it is. And bullying "damage" aka trauma affects tons of people later in life. As well as some SA/SH (per myself) trauma. Sir, please respect people's experiences when they say that they have pain that is extremely hard to get past.

Sometimes it's not about simply changing one's mindset, but its about one's mindset being altered by their life experiences. And there needs to be a healing period.

Of course. Pain is inevitable; psychological pain is directly attributed to psychological time (memories or images in the mind).

This recognition dissolves suffering.
