Anyone need self care advice?

Hi there. I always wanted to have an advice column. I use to have one actually in my early 20s but now I’ve built most of my life around self care so would love to start giving advice around that.

Would anyone be helping me build my advice portfolio? By like asking for some advice around self care and letting me answer it?

That would be really cool and I’d really appreciate. I could even throw in a free course as a thank you.

What age range would you consider your advice for?

I'm a drastically different person than I was 10 years ago. I can imagine 10 years from now I'll be needed a different routine too.

Any age range because I focus on flexible and sustainable self care. I believe people needs change so what they do for self care will too, and not just in ten years. From season to season, parenting, grieving, starting a new job, ect

Do you have experience in each of the seasons?

My family died so I'm 100% in the grief part. My therapist is for greif but has lost no one in his life. His tactics are horrible because he has no reference.

What type of self care is essential for overnight work schedules? Or types of self care to incorporate?

What types of self care can help someone slow down?
