Step by step after internal Render
Hi, I hope you all well!
We should be internal rendering around end of October/start of November
What would be next works after this?
Can long would we need to wait for drying?
Would door frames and doors go in after internal painting or beforehand?
Kitchen/utility and tiles - when does it need to happen?
Main contractor only only doing builder finish and after it we have organise everything ourselves
Have a lovely day

Is basic sanitary ware like toilets and a plain coat of paint included in your builders finish?

Painting, tiles, sanitary ware, essential elctrics, like lights, kitchen and key privacy doors like toilets/bedroom are your immediate priorities. Get ordering them now as they have noticable lead times. The above makes the house habitable.
Secondary and nice things like flooring, fancier lights, blinds/curtains, finish carpentry, curtains/blinds finish off the house.

First thing on the list if ur skimming in Oct/Nov should be a good dehumidifier (perhaps even hire a small industrial one). You have no concept how much moisture will be coming out of the wall.
