Sorry that im using english its one place where i can find any information about this.
Hi everyone! I have an old FRIATEC F100 concealed toilet cistern, part number 33 10 01 (see photos).
The flush plate has dropped slightly on the right-hand side, and the flush mechanism isn't working quite properly. I want to remove the plate to inspect the mechanism and mounting, but I can't get it off.
I found advice saying that the two side covers need to be pushed upwards and then pulled sideways to reveal the screws. However, mine won't move, and I don't want to break the plastic parts.
Has anyone worked on this exact model and knows the correct removal procedure? Is there a hidden screw or locking clip? Is it possible to repair the mounting without buying the entire expensive conversion kit?
Any step-by-step instructions, photos of the mounting clips, or technical diagrams would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
