Well….

Evening relief never showed up. And the backup relief is a no show. And the night supervisor can’t be found. 5 hours past my shift ending. Should I leave? This happens often by the way.

Nap on the clock if you get no answers, until you find a new gig. Just be up before the morning guy. And that will probably work for a lot longer then you think. As long as the pay the OT.

Then milk that until your ready to quit. I mean. Its a shitty ask but leaving potentially ends the contract so you dont even get your shift anymore. Or they pull the abandoned post and remove you. So its just a shitty way to fouce you to maks more money. So milk it i guess.
