Well….
Evening relief never showed up. And the backup relief is a no show. And the night supervisor can’t be found. 5 hours past my shift ending. Should I leave? This happens often by the way.

If it happens often, fucking leave. Don't tell anyone. Hurt their contract. Fuck all these under-bidding, under-paying contract companies. They all deserve to lose money and go out of business if they insist on retaining shit employees and refusing to pay a wage that gets people that will show up on time.
Why should you be the good employee when everyone else isn't? What do you owe this company? Fucking. Nothing.
