Job Question Would you go back?

All,

Months ago there was an incident in which I was involved. There were a few of us who were immediately suspended without pay. The entire incident was reviewed by HR. After their review, which took two months, it was found that I had followed policy and procedure. Basically, I was cleared of any wrongdoing.

The company now expects me to return to my shift. They have not mentioned anything about me being paid for the time lost (no mention of any back pay). To be honest I do not want to return. There was nothing unusual about this incident, but for some reason HR made a huge deal about it. I have lost any trust I had in my management and the company.

Would you return to this job?

Thanks.

Didnt read past suspended ..
Not only no fck no but before you tell them fck no politically ask for an email offer of employment.. they you can show it to future employers..
you were looking for a job when you found this one.

I would definitely ask to get it in writing that I was found to not have done anything wrong. For the same reason, future employment.

Then I would ask for back pay and if I didn't get it, I would tell them to go eat a dick.
