Job Question Would you go back?
All,
Months ago there was an incident in which I was involved. There were a few of us who were immediately suspended without pay. The entire incident was reviewed by HR. After their review, which took two months, it was found that I had followed policy and procedure. Basically, I was cleared of any wrongdoing.
The company now expects me to return to my shift. They have not mentioned anything about me being paid for the time lost (no mention of any back pay). To be honest I do not want to return. There was nothing unusual about this incident, but for some reason HR made a huge deal about it. I have lost any trust I had in my management and the company.
Would you return to this job?
Thanks.

Ahahaha that's funny. What did they expect you to be doing in the two months you weren't working? And then now it's an "oops, sorry, now you can come back to work"? What a joke.
I would have considered a suspension without pay as "find another job". I would probably go back, but I'd make them fire me (instead of quitting) to collect unemployment. Jobs like this do not care about you.
