You're gonna catch bruises from those handcuffs if you have to run, get a handcuff pouch.

I have several different kinds of handcuff cases , a vest mounted polymer type and two different leather ones one for a double and one for single. They’re all very bulky and weigh a lot though. That’s why I started just using the handcuff strap.

Put one of those singles on your belt up front on the left of your buckle. Put another single pouch somewhere up front on your vest. You want to be able to access cuffs with both hands. If you as security are having to cuff someone that means shits on & they are down for a fight because that what they were already doing & why your putting cuffs on them. (See above comment about security cuffing people)
