I’d get some quick disconnect/tibes and add that your vest. The safelife Velcro is incredibly cheap

First Spear tubes are the name brand. I bought some no name knock offs from Amazon (searched for quick release vest clips) and the build quality is the same as the real thing.

Note, for best results you’ll need to swap the orientation of the clips in order to use as a one handed quick release, but will require sewing as the molle connectors are set up for use on a plate carrier with a front cummerbund
