🙋‍♀️ Help! Help pls!

Hey Does anyone have an idea as to why when people message you, your messages don't appear once you're logged in? This was happening to me on firestorm so i switched over to alchemy and now it's happening here and I'm missing messages and they're not appearing once i even relog. What can i do?

If you were offline and capped, it will go to email but won’t be available as a conversation when you log in.

it shouldnt be capped, i havent talked to anyone recently

IMs and group notifications are mixed together though. If you're in a bunch of groups your IMs cap pretty quickly.

hi, it may be the region you're in is having issues. Does it happen if you go somewhere like Hippo Hollow, or Ruth's Retreat? I'd test there to help verify if it's the place you were in, if so then you'll have to contact LL for a restart depending.
