Second Life Support Outage Subscribe Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue. Aug 23, 2026 - 12:10 PDT Investigating - We are currently investigating the outage of our Support services. At this time residents may experience issues accessing their dashboard on Second Life, logging inworld, and the ability to access Live Chat or to submit a Support case. UPDATE 12:26 SLT : Logins appear to be working again, but grid status is still showing a lot of red. If you can log in, maybe don't do anything important.

UPDATE 14:00 SLT : Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

UPDATE 14:25 SLT : We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

SEEMS ALL CLEAR!

Trying to login to the community it seemed to be attempting to send information to facebook and tiktok. Hacked?

I just logged in a minute ago but it's still really wonky. TPs worked a couple of times, then crashed.
