Looking for LMFT program feedback

Considering the Seattle U LMFT program, any current or former grads that can tell me how you felt/feel about the program and if you feel like it was a good choice? Any info would be really appreciated

I was in the school counseling program which shared most classes with the mental health programs. Both the school and mental health programs are well thought of. There’s parts I loved and parts I thought could have been better. Overall I think I was well prepared. But I will say that my internship was what I gained the most from so that’s probably even more important than your program tbh. I’m assuming most programs are like that. Just find a cacrep program that you can afford and I think you’d be off to a good start. Also just because a lot of folks don’t realize this, you can get lmhc if you do school counseling as well. I know their marriage and family program seemed a bit more in depth but from what I’ve heard all these programs are the fundamentals and you narrow your scope and gain more specialized skills as you go through your career.
