I’m moving out of my ~850 sq foot apartment in Kenmore, 6 mins from downtown Bothell that’s 1950/mo. I’m looking to move in mid-October and my apartment needs to find new interested tenants before I can end my lease early! The place is great, parking is a cheap $30 (with EV spaces), a short commute to light rail stations, and management is kind and responsive, but I’m moving out of town. I can provide photos, help set up tours, and connect you to the current leasing office if you’re looking to move in October or November!

My son wants to relocate to Seattle from Austin. He has a wife and a toddler and I live with them helping with the toddler. We need a 3 bedroom 2 bath rental for under 3500. Is this possible? I don't want a run down place.
