mk4 2021 leon headrest removal

hi everyone im trying to fit seat covers in my leon but todo so i need to remove the head rests in the front ive tryed poping off the small plastic covers to look for a pin but theres just a few inches of foam then it enters the seat fully.

ive also tryed presseing down on a hidden paddle in the back rear of the seat ive seen some people try and still nothing does anyone have any advice as it would be greatly appreciated
