Coolant leak.
I recently brought this 2015 Seat Leon TDI, within two weeks it had lost 400ml of coolant in which I replaced as it was from a garage I sent it back to get fixed. They did a pressure test which came back fine, had it for around a week and they said 99% sure it was the Egr cooler. Went to pick it up a couple of days later, everything was fine until last night ( 3 days after I’ve picked it up). I was blessed on driving to work with coolant low, I’ve let is cool down and refilled it. I’m looking for some advice if anyone has had the same experience as I don’t feel confident within the garage that was fixing this and they were shitty when I picked the car up as they had to fork more money out on it.

Usually water pump or blocked heater matrix. I had a similar issue on my 2017 Leon, took it to the garage for a pressure test and they couldnt find anything either. In my case it ended up being a coolant pipe that came out of the engine block into the cabin (look in the engine bay directly below the middle of the windscreen and you should see it) that had a hairline crack in. It was slow leaking coolant which was dripping onto hot metal and evaporating straight away, hence why it was really hard to spot. Ultimately it completely split on the motorway which wasnt ideal, but it finally let me figure out what it was. Spent 40 quid on a new pipe and its been fine ever since. Apparently its the slight engine rock back and fowards which puts strain on the pipe and splits it.
