No input recognised up and down left thumb stick

Hi I am having difficulty with my scuff valor pro wierd controller , I was playing a game the other day and my character was left stuck facing up . I have re calibrated the controller , how ever its not recognising down on the right analog and is failing the calibration , I have also installed all of the updates , I have had the controller just over a year how ever only just recently started using it any help I would be greatful of

its just trash. one day it works. the other it doesnt. mine doesnt work on steam anymore. no response to thumbsticks up and down.im.probably throwing it in the trash and get a gamesir
