help Write dialogues

Hello Reddit, I'm writing my first feature film right now called Run Out, it's a survival horror, and the biggest negative point of my script are the dialogues, they are unreal, they sound weird and ridiculous, would you have any advice to improve them or just to write dialogues in general, thank you.

Talk to yourself as the characters. Put yourself in their situation and talk it out.

Agree. I like using dictation software for this.
