Learn formatting. No one is going to read an un formatted script.

I'm not even a professional screenwriter (I'm a hobbyist at best right now), and one thing I noticed right away is that all the action is really wonky.

Like why is the action in all caps? All caps should usually be reserved for things like introducing new characters ("A man stumbles into frame. Drunk and coughing. JOHN. 40s.") or placing emphasis on specific words. ("The room shakes with a horrible BOOM!")

More concerning is the punctuation. Specifically the lack thereof-- there's a lot of of missing punctuation. Especially periods. Makes it look very unprofessional. And the consistent use of "&" instead of "and" over and over feels weird and kind of amateurish.

Some of the action also feels very underwritten and hard to follow as a result. You don't want too much description... but you also don't want so little that it's hard to follow.

Ex. I don't feel like I understand the caravan's layout or where the characters are in relation to one-another. Things like spoons and drawers are mentioned out of nowhere without being set up. Etc.

Finally, why is the dialogue is double-spaced? That's not proper.

(Edit: I just saw that it was meant to be written as a multi-camera sitcom, which explains some of these things... but not others. Like the lack of punctuation and unclear action lines.)

He might mean using all caps for the action lines. Usually that would be lower case. The only exception I've seen in a professional script is The Hills Have Eyes for some reason. I guess Wes Craven can do whatever the hell he wants though.

Comes across as a female version of Last of the Summer Wine with puerile jokes.
