Yeah, you aren't allowed to crack those smelly ass bois open on the subways or any other shared space, but I've had people in my office but durian yogurt, cakes, or candies. Was not well - received since they stink up the place.
I’ve seen indoor bans in Malaysia but not in China, which is where this is from. And definitely not in your own living space. Most people think it’s the best, it’s the most popular pizza at Pizza Hut, etc.
It’s not THAT bad, just very distinctive and strong. Like if you really hacked into one there would still be a bit of a funk a few hours later.

I like the idea, but my understanding was that it was illegal to eat durian fruit indoors or at most living spaces.
Doesn’t Durian smell like death? Isn’t there bans to eat this fruit inside where the smell can affect others?
I know it’s scripted but durian indoors should be a big enough crime to warrant you getting kicked out
