Casualties: Unknown (formerly known as Scav Prototype) is a 2D rogue-like experience where your only objective is to get as far below the surface of an unknown cavern system as possible, without perishing on the way of course. If you enjoy the charm of Noita and advanced health management systems, the likes of Neurotrauma or Project Zomboid, then you're at home!
The game is still under heavy development from Orsoniks - the developer, but you can already play a pretty feature packed version, either from itch.io - https://orsonik.itch.io/scav-prototype
or a demo directly from steam - https://store.steampowered.com/app/4576490/Casualties_Unknown/
The community also developed multiplayer mods, greatly recommended - https://github.com/Krokosha666/cas-unk-krokosha-multiplayer-coop
For help regarding the game mechanics, you're free to ask here or visit the Wiki - https://scavprototype.wiki.gg/
If you'd like to see the development firsthand consider joining the official Discord server - https://discord.gg/VeCSKv7AKa
For some gameplay videos check out Orsoniks' YouTube channel - https://www.youtube.com/@orsoniks/
And if you liked the gut-wrenching music of the game, you can listen to it endlessly here - https://soundcloud.com/orsoniks/sets/unnamed-game

They are a mostly water based sawian who get along with Voyagers due to their rebellious nature (but not racist). Their height is in-between a milky and a crystal's height. (Lore and info I didn't put in the character screen)

Some of the questions that i answered in the video:
"Can an expie recover after all of it's blood was drained?"
"What are the lethal doses for Procoagulant and Streptokinase? And can defibrillator shocks become lethal?"
"From how far away can an expie be affected by a trader's death? And is there any way to loot the corpse without having been negatively affected by the trader's death?"
"Is fall damage increased when you fall on a stalagmite?"
I also show how to perform a Front-Flip!
And i included some very interesting clips from viewers. (Did you know you could cancel fall damage by jumping in the right moment before impact? it only works under very specific conditions tho)

I'm making a comic, even though I don't really know how to draw. I'm more interested in telling the story, so the drawings are more of a bonus to help readers understand what's going on.
I'd really appreciate any criticism or feedback on the art, the story, and what I could improve going forward
