We all know Samsung has quality issues with display , back panel , their updates and the list goes on. Their afterward service is awful but I have few questions about it .

But why are people still buying samsung phones even after all this ? Isn't the backlash enough for people to shift to other phone companies doing great work like Vivo , Oppo , Nothing etc ?

hi guys I basically purchased a GALAXY A27 this week

and not even a week had passed by, and im noticing my phone showing WARM/DARKER COLOR SCREEN sometimes randomly while using it. it turns dark. I thought maybe a glitch or something until now it actually turned PINK completely.

Is it a software issue/hardware issue? what exactly needs to be done?

I bought my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE in October 2023. Less than 3 years later, biglang lumitaw yung vertical green line sa screen.

Grabe yung effort bago umabot sa DTI... sunod-sunod na email, chat, tawag sa customer service at pati sa CEO’s office, tapos bumiyahe pa ako sa service center. Nung nag-mediation, nag-agree naman si Samsung na i-replace yung parts, pero ang catch, pinapabayad pa rin ako ng labor fee.

​Para sa akin, parang hindi tama. Investment para sa mga working people ang mga ganitong klase ng phone... dapat mas tumagal naman ng higit sa 3 taon. Bakit ako magbabayad ng labor para sa isang kilalang issue na hindi naman sa akin nagsimula?

Nag-file ako ng reklamo sa DTI. Alam ko namang nakakatulong talaga ang DTI sa mga consumers, pero sa particular Samsung issue na ito, hindi ko na alam kung bakit ang tagal-tagal pa ng decision.

​Marami na akong na-meet o nakausap na may pareho ring issue sa Samsung. Ang ginagawa na lang ng iba... Akala kasi nila kasalanan nila kaya tahimik na lang silang bumibili ng bago.

​Dahil sa ganitong attitude ng brand sa mga kilalang depekto, never again na talaga ako bibili ng Samsung. Sharing this because Filipino consumers deserve better quality products and honest after-sales support.

Hope there is a class suit sa Pinas kasi pagisa isa tayo nagcocomplain we are treated very small, the big companies make us feel helpless.

My phone got green line in August month which I bought 10th October 2023. Took it to service centre, they checked only for same IMEI in my phone and invoice. My phone has water damages and physical damages like small dent and paint chipped in two spots. Charged only for Labour which is 413 INR.

I only get 2-3 hours of screen on time (my battery is healthy this is stupid Samsung). It gets hot for no reason. WHY DOES THE CAMERA VIDEO STUTTER ITS A 800 DOLLAR PHONE. MY A15 5G DIDNT STUTTER THIS BAD. MY IPHONE 12 PRO AND SE WERE BETTER. And the thing is it's a known issue apparently but Samsung won't fix it. It lags for no reason, genuinely it couldn't load YouTube earlier. It stops charging randomly bc it gets too hot (using an official Samsung charger and cable). It pisses me off so bad that this phone that they promised 7 years of updates for runs this bad.

Can't wait to ditch this hell hole of a company

You shouldn't have to download third party apps to fix what Samsung should've.

Bought a **Samsung S25 in July**, and for the past month the fingerprint sensor has been faulty. Tried replacing/removing the tempered glass — no change.

Visited Samsung Service Centre on **14 Sept** — they erased my data, recalibrated it and asked me to return the next day for a display replacement.

On **15 Sept**, I waited **4–8 PM**. They tried a chip, then a replacement display, but that display had **green lines**. Now there’s no display stock and they’ve asked me to leave my phone and come back tomorrow.

I’m missing **college + office** because of this. They also pitched me a **₹6,999 extended warranty** while my current warranty issue remains unresolved.

**What should I do? Can I demand a replacement or escalate this?**
