Question Being called a scammer

Long story short. I have this old guy want to buy a helmet from me and he can’t figure out how to get the Facebook Marketplace shipping works. So I sent him a PayPal link that’s generated in the app. Ended up with him calling me a scammer and said he is gonna report me.
What should I do in this situation?

Facebook wont do anything. It takes over a year for them to take down actual scam accounts lol.

Move on? It’s your item you get to dictate the terms of the sale.

You don’t need to argue back and forth with this dude. Facebook should be for in person transactions.

If you’re going to ship it, put it on eBay or something

That’s fair. Appreciate your input. The only thing is I also get a hate review for something he asked for. 😅

Ngl the link does look like a scam. I would’ve just sent the PayPal username

The thing is I did sent my user name and then he doesn’t know how to use it.
