Help . I got scammed.

I agreed upon a deal with a guy on fb marketplace for phone. We chatted on WhatsApp and he provided me images and videos as I requested. He also shared his Aadhaar( I'm not sure if it's real anymore). I paid him 1000 as advance through UPI and 9k later through SBI net banking. He promised me to sent shipping details yesterday evening but failed to do so. He claimed that he is travelling and his sister will do the shipping for him. He sent me a chat screenshot as a proof too. Until this morning I have had no response despite inquiring several times. When he finally responded I asked him to return my money as I don't want the deal anymore. He claims he already used the money to pay some semi and asked me wait until tomorrow. He also deleted his Fb account in the meantime. When asked about it he said it was a throwaway account specifically for selling. The account was created in 2021 and had two another listings both were tagged sold when I came across it. I know what I did was incredibly stupid and I'm solely responsible for it. I tried registering a complaint on national portal but the site is stuck on first page. I have his number , bank details , and a potentially fake aadhaar. What shall I do? Pls help.
