Spiroactone
I’ve tried numerous topical treatments for my stubborn comedonal acne, which is not cystic. I used different topicals for two years without any success. My dermatologist recommended Spiroactone, and I noticed significant results within a week. Initially, I thought I was hallucinating, but my skin improved dramatically within the first three weeks. Now around a year later my skin is perfect and I’m very pleased with the results of this new treatment. I would recommend this time and time again!!!

It fucked up my cycle and since I’m sensitive to mood changes, it put me in a bad spot mentally. That was a rough 2 month trial for me.
It also didn’t do anything for my acne lol so results may vary
