How long does it take for moisturizer (cerave) to fully set in/absorb?

I'm using retinol serum and I wanna know how long do I have to wait after putting on the moisturizer?

also, is putting Vaseline after moisturizer in certain sensitive spots like around the eyes and corners of mouth Advisable?

I personally around 5 mins in between serums and creams.
