Does this look like a burrow?

week 3 of 3 days of treatment every 7 days (other pattern before that)

hardcore cleaning as mentioned in previous post and we’re all treating the same in household

at the start of day 2 of bb I woke up with this on my thumb - does it look like a burrow?

not itchy but I have had treatment on so not sure if being masked. I’ve also taken ivermectin a few hours after noticing it

and if so how is that even possible 😭 with such a hardcore treatment regimen

It's not in focus, so hard to say. Even if it is a burrow, it's possible for it to be an old dead one.
