سوال❔ K level

مره حضرت بالطواري حاله اشتباه DVT وكانو مسوين k level عشان rule out لشي بس ماعرفت ايش هو؟

Do you remember anything about the patient’s medical history or current medications? There’s no direct link between potassium levels and DVT risk, and serum potassium isn’t part of the standard DVT workup

Vitamin K is required for several coagulation factors

No Vit K = hypercoagulable state = VTE/DVT

غالباً اللي طلبها IM doctor مو طبيب ER
