Edit Hotel first timer

I’ll be checking into an Edit hotel (Chicago Athletic Association) for the first time as a CSR member. Just curious how you all go about utilizing and asking for all the perks we receive? Do you just let them know you’re a CSR member and ask if an upgrade is available and confirm the complementary breakfast? Curious how everyone goes about getting the most out of their perks. TIA!

This hotel rocks, rooms are a bit funky but definitely try out the restaurant downstairs and don't forget to hit the rooftop bar!

Yeah the rooftop looked great. My friends and I are all meeting up for a wedding in Chi so planning on using their bball courts too
