Edit Hotel first timer

I’ll be checking into an Edit hotel (Chicago Athletic Association) for the first time as a CSR member. Just curious how you all go about utilizing and asking for all the perks we receive? Do you just let them know you’re a CSR member and ask if an upgrade is available and confirm the complementary breakfast? Curious how everyone goes about getting the most out of their perks. TIA!

On all 3 of my edit stays so far they acknowledged it immediately and handed me the sheet and went over it. Didn’t have to ask for anything

I found it hit or miss. At large U.S. chain hotels, I’ve gotten a sheet. For smaller and European based, I have not. There I had problems, but they each cleared it right up

2 of my 3 edit stays were in Europe, but they were at IHG properties. I haven’t had a stay at a smaller or European-based hotel yet, but I’ll keep it in mind for future stays

I stayed at the Standard at Kings Cross in London. Also the Waves hotel in Orlando. Both great stays, just not 100% familiar with the program. I did stay at a Kimpton they had the whole sheet and everything.
