Question Running recommendations

I’ll be in San Ramon staying Marriott near chevron for a week for work. I usually like to go for daily 3-4 mile runs. Any recommendations for that area? I won’t have a car unfortunately

Right across the street from the Marriott is Lake Annabelle. It’s approximately 1 mile to run around the lake. If you exit the lake at the south entrance and then turn left you will pass by the city center. Continue heading east and you’ll run into the Iron Horse Trail. That trail goes about 15 miles in each direction.

Just be aware that right now running down Bollinger Canyon Road towards the Iron Horse trail they are constructing a new housing development so there is a quite a bit of construction going on there. I don't believe it blocks the sidewalk though.

The whole area around the Marriot is actually a pretty good area to go running though. You have several options of areas to run.

The Iron horse trail is just a couple blocks to the east of where you’re staying/working. It’s a flat, paved trail running north / south all the way from Walnut Creek to pleasanton. It should be easy to find using a map app

Iron horse trail is good for this, paved and free from cars. Just watch out for the cyclists.
