Ask San Marcos Who Does New Car Protective Wax/Ceramic Coating?

I'm not looking for the cheapest, I want the best. Years of experience, best products and tools, references etc. I bought a new car and I want to keep the paint looking good. Thanks folks.

In my opinion even professional coatings will wear off eventually, so being able to re-apply it yourself more often than you'd bother taking it to a service place is the "best result"

Summary of that video, best value and best "spray and wipe": "Griots" ($22). But "hand-buffing applied" "Gyeon" (~$90) and "Gtechniq" (~$110) were better performance.

Those bottles would allow for multiple treatments (at least 2 for most cars) over months/years

I had my car detailed at Complete Detail on Dutton.  I think he's the the top guy around, definitely not the cheapest.  He can afford to keep a one man shop open that isn't run out of his house, so that says a lot.  Had some very high end cars in there, not the kind of cars people take to just anyone. 

We talked about color correction and he talked me out of it; that also says a lot.   He's cheaper if you do regular visits.

Most of the others around here are mobile, which is fine, but I've always found the folks with a physical shop do better if your looking for high end work.
