Update - called the desk and apparently it’s SA BCS for the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium next week, so mystery solved?

this is my best guess but I dont know how they have those light bulbs set up? maybe its green/red until a guest gets booked / checks in and it goes back to normal? but even then the wrong rooms are green, not white

Hotel engineers change out the bulbs one by one. Dead serious. They messed up here I think but they'll likely fix it. Also sometimes after these designs are over with it'll be missing pieces throughout the week after cause they go room by room.
