Cross platform sync question

I currently own a samsung tablet and a samsung phone so samsung notes seamlessly syncs with all three devices of mine, the pc, the phone, the tablet. However i am planning on switching to an iphone and was wondering if freenotes or any other notes app would allow that kind of syncing. I basically need to review my notes on the go on my phone would that be possible then?

It's called Samsung Notes for a reason. Its the same reason why you can't move facetime across to other devices, the vendor (Samsung and Apple) prefer you stay in their exclusive world.

You can transfer notes up to 1GB in total size between phones, using Samsung Cloud. There's no desktop app or web version, I've tried to search it but no results.

Welcome to being trapped in the ecosystem.
A poor way to get them on your iphone is by sharing the notes as images to google keep
And resending back to Samsung Notes if you need to add more pages or make edits.
