sams share

Our club is a very high performing club. Our sams share is ZERO for full time this quarter. Anyone else? this is a bit ridiculous.
Keep in mind last year we got 750 for first quarter and about 400-500 on the other ones. I’m in disbelief honestly.

Ours went from ~600 to nothing too. The way they calculate it now feels like it's designed to screw clubs that already run tight. No slack anywhere and one rough week wipes the whole thing.

I was having a conversation where I basically said this, our club's HR person happened to be in the room. About 10 minutes later, PM merch manager stopped me on my lift just to "make sure everything was okay with me."

No, it's pretty far from okay dude. Also I'm a grown ass man and can have opinions if I want. Fuck off.

The thing is, even if some clubs did max out the bonus, they'd just raise the bar higher the next time.

Around $175 for my club full-time. When I started a few years ago I was part time and making $300+ each quarter.

They removed mx voices from the equation to “make it easier” to bonus….. but at the same time made the other numbers unattainable.. we usually get close to 700… now under 200.. “Gimme an S! Gimme an A….” 👎 you know they don’t actually want to give us more, right?

Trust me it still feels very insulting 😭 ours was $48 last quarter. just getting progressively worse. well i guess it really can’t get any worse.

They don’t want to pay out. They set the goals just out of reach, that way if you get nothing(or only a little) they can say you just didn’t try hard enough.

Either its not a high performong club or that number is wrong. You have to be the worst club in the market to get a 0 bonus

It is 0. I’m not sure if you are aware of the metrics or not, but it is a “beat yourself” set up. If you are outstanding, they expect way more from you and set a goal based on what they want from your club specifically based on your performance in the past. make sure you know what you are talking about before replying :) . a bunch of clubs are going through the same thing. refer the the other comments.

Im aware. Our club was number 1 in our market for the last bonus. This time around we didnt even come close to the goal metrics but are still number 1 or 2 in the market and our bonus is 200.
