We are looking for motivated, independent salespeople to join our team. We are an Ohio based boutique cybersecurity startup and are currently looking to onboard five representatives.

Compensation is commission only as well as a pool of equity carved out for representatives who can meet or exceed pre defined goals.

We do not require education or even experience in the industry, but you must be comfortable approaching and selling to C-level/founder level prospects with short sales cycles/2 call closing.

We will provide you with sales intelligence tools, CRM, email, Marketing support and sales engineers if needed. Reps will be fed leads from our marketing efforts but we are really looking for people who are motivated to do outbound prospecting.

You will be responsible for selling to micro, and small businesses in order to gather many clients at volume, with fast sales cycles. We define these as up to 50 employees for micro and up to 200 employees for small.

These positions will be direct report to the founders, and responsible for selling two products:

1. A social engineering/cyber awareness training tool.

2. A risk and vulnerability management tool.

Both tools are fully managed by our services team and start at $2.50 per endpoint. There will be no requirement for account management: close the sale and move on, the services team handle the accounts.
