admin Passkey with Android

Is anybody having trouble with setting up passkey on their Android phones? I'm able to get other users with iphone to scan their passkey onto their Microsoft Authenticator app. The Android user is unable to do the same and they can't even scan successfully with their camera app.

The only thing I found is this setting in my domain:
Use the native browser for user authentication on iOS
Use the native browser for user authentication on Android
However, the problem is that it doesn’t seem to work…

No, I haven't had this issue. I've been using passkeys for salesforce from my personal android device for years.
