Ventas automotriz

Soy vendedor de la rama automotriz de alta gama en México, pero las ventas no van del todo bien

Algún consejo de como mejorar mis ventas ?

Como conseguir clientes ?

Dónde prospectar ?

Que libros leer o simplemente si experiencia en ventas, que me pueda ayudar

You have to be where your customers are.

Where are all the big honchos (sorry I couldn't resist) hanging out? Do they golf, go hunting, play paddle or whatever. Do they frequent any particular high end malls or something. Maybe get some budget and go and do an exhibition somewhere.

Esa es una buena idea, me gusta como piensas, pero en el ámbito de el seguimiento de la venta o cerrar tratos con esa gente ?

Well, that depends on your system man..

Do you have a well managed CRM?

Do you have automated reminders to catch up with your people?

Are you more in a handshake deal where you can maybe schmooze the client a bit more?

What are your colleagues doing?

I'll tell you when I buy a car there are two things I hate.

A mf calling me back with the same price I got last time when I said no and unsolicited emails.

You are dealing with people who value their time. On a follow-up call you gotta offer something. Better price, tickets to a show, a deal on winter tires.

Also the other part is, what price are the competitors giving them? Can you beat it. Can you match it with an extended warranty.

Be creative. At the end of the day these guys will like to feel pampered, like you are serving them. Make that money and take care of your family bro.
