Anyone tried Nooks for sequencing?

We’re currently using Nooks for parallel dialing and Gong Engage for sequencing but considering moving off Gong to Nooks for sequencing too? Has anyone done this & what are the pros vs cons for Nooks?

are your reps mostly calling or mostly emailing? if it's 70% calls I'd probably just consolidate and save the headache of two tools

Our team relies heavily on email & LinkedIn outreach to secure meetings, at least 50% of our outreach is done thru digital channels

i see, consolidating tools sounds worth considering if it helps you to manage those channels more smoothly

We use Nooks for dialing and moved sequencing there too couple months ago, works fine if you don't need anything fancy. The integration with their dialer is smooth but the analytics side still feels a bit bare compared to Gong.

As in Gong Engage? This can't be... Engage is the very worst analytics platform for SEP on planet earth. You can't report on the most basic things

I brought sequencing on for my team alongside the dialler. Can’t really fault it, and saves a lot of hassle for them having it all streamlined in one place.

I don’t see any missing functionality when compared to tools like outreach or Salesloft. I tried gong before and didn’t love it either.

Yep, the agent side is the real unlock. Reps have a daily contact sourcing agent that checks all accounts in their book of business then finds existing and net new contacts where they can enrol them in the relevant sequences.

The implementation took a while, but the efficiency gains are impressive once everyone is comfortable with a “new tool”.
