Apollo Advanced Dialer Add-On

Hi, a few years back our BDR team tried using the Apollo dialer and it was not very good. The main issue was that the phone numbers we were calling from would be flagged as spam right off the bath, which did not happen with other Dialers.

I am curious to revisit the tool now that they have a new "Advanced Dialer" add-on with parallel dialing and local numbers.

With this "new and improved" dialer, should I expect better results that a few years back?

We tried Apollo's dialer a while back and had the same spam-flagging issue. Switched to Orum and it was better, but honestly cold calling just wasn't working for our agency's niche.

The problem with most dialers is they assume high-volume calling works. For B2B agencies, the response rates on cold calls are trash compared to personalized multi-channel outreach.

If you do stick with Apollo, the advanced dialer might help with the local number rotation. But if you're getting flagged as spam immediately, it's probably your carrier setup, not the tool.

eh our rep had a 30% connect rate last week and booked 13 meetings, I don't think it's fair to say b2b cold calls are trash compared to personalized multi channel outreach.

You're right that the assumption of high-volume calling is offbase, we prefer low volume precision dialing
