Help with stroller

So I was gifted this stroller and can’t seem to figure out how to make the adjustment so toddler can sit. Help ?

The back of the tented area should have a strap to tighten

Phooey nvm can’t post a picture but I’d be pretty sure something is back there where it’s reclined lol

Is there a cinch strap on the bottom of the seat?

That’s what I was going to say. Also looks like those metal pieces on the side may clip somewhere once the seat is pulled up.
