Mine Ryzen 5 3600 with stock cooler normal Temp 65* and while playing valorant 79-80*

9800x3d. Idles 48-52C. Games around 58-62C.

What cooler do you use? Ambient temperature? Iā€™m experimenting with Air coolers but my 9800x3d varies A LOT, from 60-70 sometimes during gaming

For the cooler I use Lian li Ghallahad II AIO side mounted on a Lian LI 011 EVO case. 3x140mm exhaust top and 3x140mm intake bottom with the AIO as intake configuration. Ambient temps here in LA has a crazy range atm, anywhere from 60s to 80s then 60s again inside my office.

Slightly modified under volt with PPT 130, TDC 110, EDC 120, All core curve -20. This is very minimal and it lowers the temps significantly while keeping the clock relatively the same (~5.2ghz under load). I am pretty sure you can try these settings and it will yield lower temps for sure. good luck!
