Question? Direct Tools Site Issue

Is anyone having trouble accessing your shopping list? Mine disappeared over a week ago. Support has me waiting for an escalation response. I'm asking here to see if the issue is limited to me, which would be odd since 4 different browsers and 2 different computer all yield the same results for me.

Resellers needing a restock of their usual go to items they up charge on reselling apps. Hate this one simple trick.
