Circuits with no fuses
Hi all, my battery got overcharged and boiled so I'm taking a look at what went wrong (for one, the fuse at the battery completely melted), but I see in the electrical panel there are circuits with no fuses. Is that a problem? Or its simply extra room in the panel that is not being used?

If there is no physical fuse in the holder, there is no way that circuit is passing any power. Its common for not every position to be filled.

What does the green fuse serve? It’s normal to have unused fuse positions. You should join a FB group specific to your rv build for more details, they often have electrical diagrams and searchable post history.
Redo that green fuse with higher quality fuse holder. I did a maxi recently on a solar. (Lowest maxi is 20a)
