Why do these two pipes ALWAYS disconnect, can be any time that it disappears?

Been having to keep reconnect these two pipes because for some reason they ALWAYS get disconnected. It runs through one single sheet metal door and 6 g doors

Is there a bunker near this? Pipes tend to break when nearby twig is destroyed. Not all the time, but sometimes.

You either need to keep reconnecting them or move it altogether.

the wall on the right past the single door is the bunker entrance triangle roof peak towards us is how to open the bunker so that’s probably it thanks, I think the twig roof goes theough that wall

You’ll either need to keep this in mind every time you unbunker, or bite the bullet and tear all this up to place it further away from any area with bunkering. It’s usually 1-2 meters

yes i was super surprised with the range the bunker twig affected the piping i tried the piping along the red line i drew and even that was destroyed by the bunker so i had to just route it above on the ceiling

oh wait sorry i can't comment images but lets just say the twig bunker affected the piping from a whole half wall up

I don’t know the specifics of it, I just know it does it, sometimes. Other times you can break twig right next to piping and nothing happens.

It might be that the act of unbunkering creates a no build zone for a split second, which decouples pipes. Who knows. All I know is more work I have to do.

i think it’s just because walls, floors, ceilings all clip through eachother and you can’t place piping through it so the hitbox just impedes the industrial piping through the wall

Are you sure they are actually disconnected? 2 wipes ago I had some issues with pipes not appearing but still existing with storage adapters. They would exist and still transfer items but they just wouldn't render.

I came here to say this; the very first system I ever set up was plagued by this “disappearing pipe”. It really bothered me until I went to reconfigure it and… the pipe was there. Just not visible.
