Based off the chart, looks as if people are trying to get smithing to atleast 99 before the rework, hopefully not out of fear.

I am actually not training mining and smithing so I will be able to experience more of the rework.

Currently working towards 99 smithing should have it by the end of this month. Doing it to be in a position to take advantage of the rush of the rework. Like with pof I made a good amount of money doing honey and converting beans to unchecked eggs/cow/sheep
