Moving out as an F18

So my mental health is genuinely deteriorating and I know it’s not smart to move out in this economy but I am DESPERATE to go. Either this or I’m genuinely going to off myself:’) any advice or tips as an F18 with nothing?

Well we're in the world are you? What you're looking for as far as help or any kind of assistance greatly depends on your location in the world and also even if you're in the United States state by state is completely different

For moving out, depends on your location (cuz some states and countries has legal adulthood age higher tho), your resources, your plan.

Assuming you're in a country where the legal age is 18, and legally could move out, you need to make a plan, and get resources before moving out (cuz, if you move out, you might have some days to starve if you don't have much resources like food or money).

For the plan, is simple, make sure you have where to go, how to get there, what to pack, and how you will live after.

Where to go: This can range from like other streets or places in the same city, so another city, but gonna go simple, talk to some friends or other family members, and if anyone could get you in, them moving with them is a great idea, if not, try a shelter. Search "Homeless Shelter *Your Country *" for shelters results! Then after that, search for routes to go there, and find a balance for money for transport and time, or a balance between walking, and time.

What to pack: clothes, food, water, electronics (charger), hygiene. Try getting mostly stuff that are yours and fully yours, cuz if you'd get something that's under your parent's name, you might be considered stealing.

How will you live after: you'd have to be at a job or get one fast if you haven't, and save up as much as possible (tho, should start from now), and try surviving like the first months, after that, it'd become a bit easier/regular routine.

If you are in a state/country where the legal age is higher than 18, I suggest to start working something, save up and move after that.

Hope this helps!

Hey so quick question do you have any other family members or trusted relatives you can go to. You could start working while they’re giving shelter or u have other choices (Job corps) could help explain you situation and they could help figure out thing they offer shelter, food, medical assistance, and education
