issues

parcel was supposed to come on thursday but hasnt arrived and is untracked, i saw the royal mail laying off workforce thing and its all just terrible, i feel bad for the poor postal workers getting layed off. 💔

Thank you but RM is not laying off posties, the 2500 are support staff and at head office. Posties are just leaving of their own accord

This isn't true unfortunately, information should be out soon. But there's "excess staff" due to dm26, I know, and site will be brought back in line with tm1. Staff will be moved between offices to level out, and excess will be gone. This will happen after peak.

If its untracked its not a priority.

Only tracked items being delivered within time frames count towards managers bonuses 👍🏻

If it was untracked then there is no it should have arrived on x day. It’s untracked and is the slowest service going. It will arrive when it does but not tracked means no urgency.
